Disclaimer: What You Should Know

Last updated: October 2026

Please read this notice before you use honorputs.garden. This page is a general template. It is not legal advice.

We Only Make the Connection

Honorputs Tree Service is a referral and marketing service. We link homeowners with independent tree removal providers. We do not cut down trees, haul away fallen trees, grind stumps or trim branches. An independent provider does any work on your property. Honorputs Tree Service does not.

No Endorsement, No Warranty

When we connect you with a provider, we are not vouching for that provider. We make no warranty about the quality, timing, price or results of any provider's work. We also cannot say a provider will be available near you at a set time. Each provider answers for its own licenses, insurance, certifications and behavior.

General Information Only

The content here is general. It is not advice from an arborist (a tree expert), a lawyer, an insurer or a money adviser. Every tree and every property is different. What fits one may not fit another. Talk with a qualified provider about your own case.

About Costs

Prices on this site are typical U.S. ranges. They are not quotes. They change with the job, the place, the size of the tree, how hard it is to reach and other things. Ask the provider for a written quote before work starts.

About Insurance

What we say about insurance is general. We cannot tell you if your policy covers a loss. That depends on your policy and on your insurer's decision. Ask your insurer or agent about your own coverage.

Stay Safe

Fallen trees and tree work can involve power lines, falling wood and weak buildings. Do not take risks. Keep away from downed lines and tell your utility company. If someone's life or safety is in danger, contact local emergency services first.

How We Are Paid

Honorputs Tree Service may be paid by providers or marketing partners when we connect them with homeowners. Our Referral Marketing Disclosure has the details.

How Accurate Is This Site?

We try to keep the information correct and up to date. We make no warranty that it is complete or has no errors.
